Barossa Mitre 10 – Sausage Sizzle Booking Form

Barossa Mitre 10 offers those who are fundraising access to their BBQ facilities and also donates 15kgs of sausages towards your sausage sizzle.  They provide the following equipment for your use:

MITRE PROVIDE:

• 15kg Free BBQ Sausages (Club/Organisation to collect from Barossa Fresh Service Desk Saturday or Sunday Morning)
• $200 Float for you to use
• BBQ & GAS BOTTLE
• TABLES
• GAZEBO
• BIN AND LINER

Also, to help with the organisation of your fundraising event, Barossa Fresh can assist you with any additional purchases for the best price at the time.

CLUB / ORGANISATION TO PROVIDE

• Bread, Onion and Sauce
• Cooking supplies/utensils
• Cans of Soft Drink
• Anything else you require

We have been advised by The Barossa Council, that all community groups offering food to the public must notify Council of their food handling activities by completing SA Health’s Food Notification Form   You are best to have a couple of dates in mind just in case your first option has already been taken.  Once you have a date/s please email or call me to book in.  We will require the following information when booking:

• Club / Organisation Name
• Contact Person (first and last name)
• Mobile number
• Email address to have confirmation sent to once date is booked.

We require a copy of your Public Liability Insurance at least 2 weeks prior your booking as well as your Food Business Number (FBN) from the council.
