Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion Period
    This promotion is available for a limited time only. INTERSPORT Barossa and Barossa Co-op reserve the right to extend, modify, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
  2. Eligibility
    This promotion is available exclusively to individual Barossa Co-op Members. Club Barossa Co-op Memberships are excluded from this promotion.
  3. Qualifying Purchase
    To receive the reward, eligible Barossa Co-op Members must spend $150 or more in a single transaction, in-store at INTERSPORT Barossa, 1&2/1 Murray Street, Nuriootpa.
    The $150 qualifying spend is calculated on the final transaction total after any applicable discounts, promotions or other reductions have been applied. Gift card purchases do not count towards the $150 qualifying spend.
  4. Membership Requirement
    A valid Barossa Co-op Membership card must be scanned at the time of purchase to verify membership and eligibility for the promotion. Membership cannot be added retrospectively to a transaction for the purpose of claiming the reward.
  5. Reward
    Eligible members who meet the qualifying spend will receive one $15 INTERSPORT Barossa Gift Card.
    Only one $15 INTERSPORT Barossa Gift Card will be issued per qualifying transaction, regardless of whether the transaction total exceeds $150.
  6. Gift Card Redemption
    The $15 INTERSPORT Barossa Gift Card can only be redeemed in-store at INTERSPORT Barossa, 1&2/1 Murray Street, Nuriootpa.
    The gift card cannot be redeemed at other INTERSPORT stores or online and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
    If a qualifying purchase is subsequently returned or refunded, the $15 INTERSPORT Barossa Gift Card must be returned at the time of the refund transaction.
    Where the gift card cannot be returned, the value of the $15 gift card may be deducted from the refund amount.
    Exchanges are subject to INTERSPORT Barossa’s standard exchange policy. Where an exchange results in the original transaction no longer meeting the $150 qualifying spend, the $15 gift card must be returned.
  8. Gift Card Conditions
    The $15 INTERSPORT Barossa Gift Card is subject to any additional terms and conditions stated on the gift card or provided at the time of issue.
    The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card.
  9. Store & Purchase Exclusions
    This promotion applies to purchases made in-store at INTERSPORT Barossa only. Purchases made online, at other Barossa Co-op stores, other INTERSPORT stores or through other retailers do not qualify.
  10. Proof of Eligibility
    INTERSPORT Barossa and Barossa Co-op reserve the right to verify membership and transaction details and may refuse to issue a reward where the eligibility requirements have not been met.
  11. Promotion Changes
    INTERSPORT Barossa and Barossa Co-op reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel this promotion or these terms and conditions at any time, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
  12. Australian Consumer Law
    Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
