Cathy Main, CEO
Cathy Main is an experienced leader with a career spanning property, retail and FMCG, including roles with Westfield, Faulding and Coca-Cola Amatil. She has held Board positions in the not-for-profit sector and is currently a Non-Executive Director at Foodbank SA/NT. Cathy brings expertise in leadership, strategy, sales, marketing, governance and finance, and is passionate about leading teams and supporting community focused organisations.
Stuart Jenkins, Business Unit Leader, Home
Stuart Jenkins is Business Unit Leader, Home, overseeing Mitre 10, Barossa Workwear, The Design Studio and the Lifestyle Warehouse. With more than 20 years’ experience in retail, account management, leadership and sales, Stuart is focused on team development, succession planning and building strong customer outcomes.
Eoin Whelan, Business Unit Leader, Lifestyle
Eoin Whelan is Business Unit Leader, Lifestyle, overseeing Intersport Barossa, Barossa Lifestyle, Toyworld Barossa and Barossa Betta. With more than 26 years’ retail management experience across three countries, and qualifications in Recreation and Leisure Management, Eoin brings strong leadership, broad industry knowledge and a passion for sport to the role.
Phil Corbally, Business Unit Leader, Food
Phil Corbally is Business Unit Leader, Food, overseeing Barossa Fresh Supermarket, Fresh Café and Barossa Fresh Online. With more than 25 years at Barossa Co-op, Phil has held a range of leadership roles and played a key part in the 2017 store opening and transition to Barossa Fresh. He is focused on building strong, positive teams and business outcomes.
Michelle Wilkinson, Human Resources Manager
Michelle Wilkinson is Human Resources Manager at Barossa Co-op, joining the HR team in 2021 and taking on the manager role in 2023. With more than 20 years’ experience across retail, manufacturing, engineering, defence, hospitality and FMCG, Michelle brings broad HR expertise to operations, leadership support, organisational development, employee engagement and change initiatives.
Natalie Chivell, Marketing Manager
Natalie Chivell is Marketing Manager and joined Barossa Co-op in June 2023, bringing more than 20 years’ marketing and leadership experience across family, corporate and statutory businesses. She has a strong background in the wine industry and holds a Bachelor of Business Management. Natalie has worked across marketing, public relations, brand and sales management in Australia and overseas.
Jane Hogarth, Financial Controller and Company Secretary
Jane Hogarth is Financial Controller and Company Secretary at Barossa Co-op. With more than 27 years’ finance experience across audit, insurance, banking and education, Jane brings broad financial expertise gained in Australia and overseas.
