The Board
The Board sets the Co-op’s overall direction and is responsible for overseeing strategy, performance, risk, compliance and accountability to members.

The Executive brings the Board’s direction to life by leading day-to-day operations, managing risks and controls, improving performance and keeping the Board informed.
Members Advisory Group
The inaugural Barossa Co-op Members Advisory Group is being created to give members and the local community a meaningful voice in Barossa Co-op’s future. The group will provide feedback, advice and community insights to the Board and Executive Team, helping guide long-term planning, future investment decisions, membership strategies and initiatives that support a sustainable Co-op for generations to come.
