Ginger Soy Pork
Ingredients
- 500g Pork Scotch, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cu Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 200ml dry ginger ale
- squeeze of 1 lemon
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 4+ hours. (Overnight is best)
- Skewer pork onto bamboo sticks
- Grill over medium heat until cooked
- Serve with your favourite sides and sauces
