Score for the Community: Barossa Co-op’s Sponsorship Journey with Nuriootpa Netball Club

Barossa Co-op aims to create a positive impact and enhance the quality of life in the community, building a stronger, more vibrant Barossa where everyone thrives.

Entering the second term of a three-year sponsorship with Barossa Co-op, Nuriootpa Netball Club looks forward to another successful season.

“The Barossa Co-op Platinum sponsorship has helped by assisting to buy equipment used at both training sessions and games throughout the season. This has included such items as balls, first aid kits and everyday items used to help get players on the court. We have also been able to award our players on their achievements during games by offering best player awards to be redeemed at Barossa Co-op.” Matthew Pfeiffer, Club President of the Nuriootpa Netball Club said.

Looking ahead, the Nuriootpa Netball Club is determined to continue nurturing young talents and creating a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages to come together, stay active, and forge lasting relationships. The support from Barossa Co-op is instrumental in realizing these goals and ensuring a bright future for the club and its community.

“With the continued support from the Barossa Co-Op the Nuriootpa Netball Club, aims to improve and develop our younger players and make available opportunities for the community both young and old to have a safe environment in which to come together and build on their fitness and relationships. The Nuriootpa Netball Club is looking at possible new works in the future where the Sponsorship from the Barossa Co-Op will play a big part.”

The Barossa Co-op sponsorship will remain in place until February 2026.
