All Hutton Vale lambs are born on their land and graze freely throughout their 2,000 acres of country landscape to give you premium flavour and superior quality.

The Angas family are pioneers dedicated to the land on which they live and have farmed for over 150 years.

The McGorman family from Sanderston, just outside the Barossa, are proud to supply Barossa Fresh with their award-winning lamb, Thornby Premium Lamb. Thornby Premium Lamb is recognised nationally for its high quality lamb that is consistently tender, tastes great and looks amazing. In recognition of this consistency, they have been awarded with the title of ‘Australia’s Best Lamb’.

Each lamb offers complete traceability right through from paddock to cabinet, and they are only one of five lamb farmers in Australia to offer this certification. It provides confidence that their product is ethical and sustainable.
